We study the demands of our partner companies and break these down to specific categories and manpower requirements. Applicants can be sure that they will be working with a reputable company, as FOCUS only partners with those that have passed the accreditation requirements of the POEA.
Services
FOCUS takes pride in providing “personalized service” for its partner companies and applicants. Our staff number is relatively small and we do not rely on brokers to expand our service. This is our way in adhering to the principles of social entrepreneurship.
